You’ll have experiential opportunities to activate quick shifts in your body, regardless of whether you’re new to Qigong.
You can also use a chair to participate if need be.
Master Suman (American Tai chi and Qigong Association) leads classes and trainings locally and nationally, studied Tai chi Qigong, Yoga and Meditation in Asia and Europe.
Nearly over 30 years of immersive studies and practical self-care knowledge, he continues to support people from all walks of health and healing. Master Suman trained more then 1200 Tai chi and Qigong instructors nationally.
